Director Vishnu Subhash
Vishnu has worked on a diverse range of dilapidation projects in the building industry since 2018, having worked in every aspect of construction from contracts administrator, building inspector, property report writing, estimator and project engineer. Vishnu continually keeps abreast of the changing nature of the construction industry, enabling him to provide expert advice in the area of dilapidation inspection services. Put simply, he loves what he does.

Our Team
Our team consists of highly qualified and trained professionals, specialising in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering. We have a dedicated team of Dilapidation Inspectors, to help provide you with an accurate, independent and unbiased record of your project’s property condition. Dilapidation Inspections are what we specialise in which enables us to excel in what we do.
Aiswarya has been working with VS Dilaps since 2021 and holds the role of Project Engineer where she oversees the report writing process. Aiswarya contributes to the development and implementation of VS Dilaps strategic planning and oversees the daily operations of the business. At VS Dilaps, Aiswarya is responsible for proofreading reports and ensuring they comply with the instructions and relevant codes of conduct. Her experience in civil and structural engineering adds great value to the work we do.
Relevant Qualification: Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours); Master of Civil Engineering.
I come from a corporate teaching background, previously working as a Laboratory Teaching Faculty at the University of Technology Sydney. I began as an office all-rounder, assisting wherever needed from answering phone calls, client meetings, accounting, bookkeeping, HR, expanding and better structuring the business. I now hold the role of Company Manager where I oversee the business operations and performance, ensure everything is running smoothly and make managerial decisions where needed.
I am excellent at organisational skills which is a key attribute I have brought to VS Dilaps and has helped the company be where it is today. Furthermore, I am a quick learner which has helped me adapt promptly to working in the construction industry and learning many new skills.
